DEPRESSION & ANXIETY
Someone experiencing anxiety and/or depression can feel lonely and isolated as though no one understands or cares. It can be hard to approach others about what’s going on. Sharing your story and having the support of others is a vital part of the recovery process for anxiety and depression.
If you notice a friend’s behaviour has changed, make sure you ask how they are doing. You don’t have to be an expert to help - sometimes they just need to know someone cares and will listen.
